1st, 2nd, and 3rd fret on the high e string is flat?

I got a schecter diamond series and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd frets on the high E string are flat but the 4th fret up sounds normal. I cant figure out what is wrong with it... it's pre-owned but playing fine the other night.
