Ghost appears in unhaunted house?

so i posted this but it wouldnt show up so heres the story again: my house is not haunted, lived in here my whole life and nothing weird. one night i hear something say "im so sorry" crystal clear in my ear, i thought it was my dad (my attemp at trying to be reasonable) and somehow his voice carried to my room, so i went in parents room, hes asleep. i wake him up and ask if he said something and he says he didnt and it was probably my imagination. i stay awake that whole night. next night im getting ready for bed and i see this guy standing in my doorway with his arms folded. i am terrified, drop everything, got in bed and tried to ignore him. next day, i am preparing to lay down again (i was sick) so i put a box of tissues next to me mattress. i KNOW i put them there because i kinda had to squeeze them in between the wood part and matress. i leave to get something and i come back and sitting in the middle of my bed is the tissue box with some of the tissues pulled out and crumpled. what is this? what is going on?
