The amp will be the most important aspect of your tone. Chances are you will buy many guitars over the years but the right amp will last you a lifetime. Get the amp you want and buy the best guitar you can with what's left. The Mark V is a good amp for sure, I've been looking at one myself. Orange tube amps are hard to beat as well.
