Putting Blackouts in my SG?

Blackouts are great pickups and have more output then EMG. Then again, I have EMG on my old 1980 Jackson and the sustain and tone is amazing and very responsive. But you need to put in a battery which can be an issue if you don't have the rroom in the cavity. Get Blackouts if you want output and a punchier sound when you aare dealing with SG's. Schecter is a good guitar and I wouldn't change the pickups. Better to invest in a good equalizer and tailor the sound.
