Schecter synyster gates custom?

Should i but the synyster custom? I've been doing a lot of research on it and it looks good for all the things i play and its also meant to be good clean because of the coil tap feature. Is there something better for a similar price though? The sorts of things i play are - a7x, metallica, bullet for my valentine etc. However i also play quite a lot of cleaner things too. Thanks for your help.
