What kind of electric bass strings should i get?

i just bought a year old Schecter Omen 4 with used strings that are about 2-3 years old that play well but i don't know how long they're going to last. What kind of strings should i get? I mainly play with my fingers, but i'm learning how to play with a pick. i need strings that are VERY easy to pluck with fingers (my fingers get tired easily and i can't pluck the D and G strings very easily) and with a pick. any help?
