Why does she stand close to me, was she expecting me to say something?

So I went to visit this girl I like before she went out and we were standing by her doorway talking and we both were standing next to each other not saying a weird just looking at each other and smiling, then she asked me " so where am I going now and I told her where. So when I said I had to go she said " ok" I gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek and she smiled at me.
