Needs help potty training a puppy!!!?

Your problem is this, don't let her go outside and have free time until she has learned that outside means POTTY. Your going to have to be really patient with her to. She's very confused right now. Make her her earn her playtime outside. Watch her closely when she starts sniffing around the house and or goes to her "usual" spot to potty. As soon as you see her, take her outside. You may have to stay out there for a while but just make sure she doesn't have anything to play with outside or to turn her attention away from the real reason she is outside. Also, after she eats/drinks wait about 10-15 mins and take her out. It is going to be hard but if your patient and praise your dog with love and treats when she DOES potty outside she will eventually catch on. It only took my chihuahua a week to learn it this way. Oh and after she realizes that outside means potty, which may take a while, she will start whining or going to the door to let you know. I always just ask my dogs throughout the day, "you wanna potty outside?" even if they don't have to so they learn what it means.
